Working With Properties
You must first Log in to your account.
From the buttons on your left hand side, click on Property button (That will enable you to have access to property features). Then you will get property default page.
Through the page, you will be able to see the list of all your available properties, you will be able to upload new properties (Upload New Property) and you will be able to edit property (Click on Edit Property) or delete existing properties (Click on Delete Property).
TO UPLOAD PROPERTY
Click on the Upload New Property button. This will give you a new page that looks like this:
In Mode: Select either Sell (to sell property) Or Rent (to let out property)
Property Type: Select the type of property you want to upload (Flat, Duplex, Land etc)
No of Bedroom: Select the no of bedroom. You don't need this, if it is land
No of Bathroom: Select the no of bathroom. You don't need this, if it is land
No of Plots: Select the number of plots. If it is land you are uploading, you must specify this
Area Located: Select the area where the property is located
Price Range: Select the range which the price of the property falls
More Details: You can enter any other important information about the property here.
Small Pic: Click on browse button in front of this statement to upload a small picture of the property. You must have snap a small picture of the property (Size: 160px by 120px, Jpeg or Gif format) and store it on the system
Big Pic: Click on browse button in front of this statement to upload a bigger picture of the property. You must have a bigger picture of the property (Size: 320px by 240px, Jpeg or Gif format) on your system
Note: Small Pic and Big Pic are not compulsory; you can skip them if you that have the pictures of the property you want to upload.
Then Click on Upload Now button, to complete your upload.
