Plots of land in Meadowsville Park Estate located in Akure, Ondo State, are now up for grabs, going by the words of the project promoters.

Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer (MD/CEO), Cross and Churchill Estates Limited, Mr.Taiwo Ogunbodede, said that the price per plot in the estate is N3 million exclusive of survey fee.

Some of the features of the estate are landscaped areas, enforcement of prototype design, 24 hours security surveillance and patrol, lawn tennis court, laundry and dry cleaning outlet, mini clinic and pharmacy, mini gym, estate management office and a management facility company to manage the estate.

According to Ogunbodede, other notable infrastructure in the estate include perimeter fencing with security post and gate house, paved road network, industrial borehole with water treatment plant, transformer and standby generator for street lights, drainage system and street lights.

He pointed out that the payment modalities entail outright payment which attracts a five per cent discount (that is, N2,850,000), installment payment over 23 months with an initial payment of 20 per cent (N6000,000), and other payment modalities that are available to prospective subscribers.

Another attraction in the estate, Ogunbodede added, is the Certificate of Occupancy (C-of-O) in favour of Cross and Churchill Estates Limited, which makes a prospective subscriber to worry less about what he or she is buying into.

Ogunbodede said that, apart from Meadowsville Park, other estates being promoted by the company include Green Oak Park Estate located at Mowe along the Lagos-Shagamu Expressway as well as Breadfruit Gardens at Lekki in Lagos.
