Hectic Helpers Services, a business and event organising company in Lagos, has concluded plans to bring stakeholders in housing and home acquisition to deliberate on and find solution to the problems faced by prospective home buyers.

A statement by the company on Saturday said the stakeholders would gather at a three-day home buyer/builder expo conference themed, "Navigating Today‘s Real Estate Market With Confidence and Peace of Mind."

Expected participants at the expo, which is slated for September 22-25, include government agencies, international agencies, real estate realtors, building materials manufacturing companies and captains of industries.

Others are private multinationals, mortgage institutions, environmentalists and insurance and financial institutions.

The statement said, "Within the spectrum of the problem of housing, one can identify both quantitative and qualitative deficiencies. From research, it was discovered that many people of different categories have fallen victim of losing the landed properties due to lack of adequate knowledge of housing issues in Nigeria.
