Afribank Estate Company Limited, an offshoot of Afribank Nigeria Plc, is set to deliver, later this month, the ultra-modern Fair Trade Complex, which is located on Kigoma Street, opposite the NAFDAC headquarters in Wuse Zone 7, Abuja.

To realise the scheduled delivery of the project, three standby 350KVA, 500KVA and1000KVA generators have been installed, in addition to other complimentary facilities and services.

The first phase of the project offers 30 shops of varying sizes, two eateries, ice cream parlour, banking hall and two warehousing spaces. The second phase offers 30 larger office spaces of varying sizes ranging from 40 to 60 square metres.

While the shops and office spaces are being offered for outright sale at a discounted rate of N400,000 per square metre, the larger spaces are being offered for lease at the rate of N50,000 per square metre.

The developers have put in place an extended payment plan, while the shops can be sublet by the owners for between N2m and N2.5m per annum for 40 square metres of office space, and N1m per annum for a standard shop of 20 square metres.

The complex is finished with vitrified floor tiles and POP skimmed wall/ceiling. The roof cover comprises partly long span aluminium and partly dome-shaped dampalon reflective roofing system.
