LAGOS-BASED CMB Building Maintenance and Investment Company Limited (CMB) has signed a developer's deed with the firm of R&B Nigeria Limited for the development of a five-hectare parcel of land in Sangotedo, Ajah. The contract was signed last week in Lagos and had in attendance, the managing director, CMB, Mr. Kelechukwu Mbagwu and Company Secretary, Mr. Rotimi Aladesanmi and Mr. Bode Olanipekun, Chief Mrs. Bolanle Adenuga of R&B Nigeria Limited. The estate is close to on-going Pearl Gardens and Pearl-Cola Estates. A statement by the image-maker of CMB, Julian stated that the property is planned as a fully serviced residential estate, complete with all infrastructures, basic amenities and facilities. The estate is designed to accommodate not less than 108 terraced houses for sale, and additional 20 residential plots for customized development. CMB will be responsible for the development, construction, building and maintenance of the estate.
