Haven Homes showcases new house model at Magodo

About nine months after Haven Homes inaugurated its flagship development, the Windsor Park at Magodo GRA, located opposite the Lagos State Secretariat, Alausa, the company has made good its promise to deliver the 2010 model of the home units.

While unveiling the 2010 model of five-bedroom duplexes during the inauguration of the Magodo building, the company had said that the new model would be an improvement on the earlier ones.

The company recently completed some units based on the 2010 model, which it named Buckingham Terrace, about 200 metres from Windsor Park on Bashiru Shittu Avenue, and at Peace Valley Estate, located at Mobolaji Ogunrinde Crescent, Magodo GRA.

Haven Homes is also about to commence construction of further units based on the new model at other locations across Lagos State.

The company has reserved one of the units at Peace Valley Estate as a showpiece to exhibit its exotic lifestyle architecture.

The new model features more beautiful external areas than in the previous models with the use of more colours to express its "lipstick and eye-shadow" architecture. The ceilings are cascaded and not straight as before to achieve more beauty and better lighting effect.

This showpiece building has a black contemporary finished kitchen with panoramic views of open vegetation through sliding doors.
