Dream Homes Underway At Ofada Nice Dream Estate

Low income earners may now have cause to smile as their hopes and dreams of becoming landlords are turning into reality with the emergence of "Nice Dreams Estate" in Ofada 'Ogun State.

Plots of land in the estate 'according to Chief Executive of Nice Dreams Properties Limited 'Mr. Richard Uwagie 'are on offer at less than N1 '000 per square metre.

Three categories of land allocation 'he disclosed 'are being offered to suit the pockets of prospective home owners.

These plot sizes include 162 m2 '324 m2 'and 648m2.

Each of the smaller size plots 'Uwagie said 'could be acquired instantly 'while those who desire a structured installment payment can be permitted to do so over a period of one month to 22 months.

According to him 'owners of such property would be enjoying several infrastructural facilities 'which his company is already putting in place within the residential Estate. These include the provision of boreholes 'a network of drainages and the moulding of electric poles for subsequent distribution of electricity to residents.

Uwagie said that owners of plots of land in the new estate would not have to stress themselves over the construction of buildings 'as his firm 'could provide the service for them.

An added benefit to land owners in the estate 'he said 'was the ready availability of different types of building materials 'particularly blocks and cement 'which are being produced by the estate development firm.

Uwagie disclosed that a prototype two -bedroom is being built by prospective home owners.

Such properties 'he said 'had a price tag of N4.8 million 'but that a structured installment payment plan however exists 'wherein the prospective owners can spread their payments over a period of one year to 20 years.

He further said with the promotion currently going on 'properties buyers have a chance of enjoying free extra plot with free architectural design worth N100,000 'and physical allocation within three weeks of payment.
