Lagos Land Bureau reiterates commitment to efficient administration

The Lagos State Lands Bureau has reiterated its determination to serve the members of the public efficiently on land matters and administration.
The bureau‘s Permanent Secretary, Mr. Gbenga Ashafa, made the declaration while declaring open a newly constructed front desk office by the bureau, a statement from the LSLB said.
According to him, the provision of the front office is in line with the commitment of the bureau to continue to upgrade its infrastructural facilities so as to offer more value-added services to the members of the public on land matters administration.
A major function of the desk is to provide first hand information on all relevant land matters to the public as well as protect them from becoming victims of fraud.
The office would also help the bureau to fast-track service delivery, the statement said.
Ashafa said in the statement, "Henceforth, the front desk will checkmate the excesses of fraudulent activities by touts and miscreants who try to defraud unsuspecting members of the public."
